We Strive to Meet Your Financial Needs

Free Consultations

No matter the issue, start off by calling or emailing us to schedule a free no obligation consultation. During our consultation, we’ll discuss any questions or concerns, review any documentation, and figure out the best way to proceed.

Hourly v. Flat Fee

Sometimes we charge one fixed amount to do all the work involved in a case. This means that no matter how much time we end up spending on a case, the price remains unchanged. We usually do a flat fee for bankruptcy, debt settlement, and estate planning.

Other times, we charge an hourly rate for our work. That means you’ll pay an initial amount up front (retainer), and we bill against that amount. Sometimes, it’s necessary for you to replenish that retainer in order for us to continue working on the case. Other times, it means there might be money leftover that will be refunded to you. Probate, real estate, and landlord tenant issues are often performed at an hourly rate.

Bankruptcy Payment Plans and Price Match Guarantee

We understand the financial burdens that comes with needing to file for bankruptcy. That’s why we do everything in our power to make paying for your bankruptcy as easy and as transparent as possible. We offer flexible payment plans to allow you to pay your flat fee at your own pace.
